Advance Physiotherapy Clinic held a camp on the benefits of Pre-hab and post-hab
training for the
players of the Pro-basketball league tournament,
organized by ABC Basketball club of Pune.
Dr. Husain Kapadia, MPT, (Sports and Musculoskeletal) and Dr. Komal Sharma , MPT( Neurology) gave an intense one hour session on the benefits of pre and post hab training and stretching exercises to avoid injuries or muscle ligaments soreness, before and following the game. The event was attended by all the players of the Regulus Rovers team led by coach Anurag and coach Imran, including the parents of the team players. It was quite an interactive session with lots of questions coming from the audience and all their doubts being cleared by both the doctors satisfactorily.
