Refund Policy,

If the customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 5 to 7 working days.

Return Policy,

Our Customer Care Team is available to assist you should a problem arise with your Appointments. Please go through your appointments immediately with provided Patioents/Doctors Dashboard, where you will get receipts and it notify us promptly of any change or cancellations of Appointments within 1 to 24 hr. Should a bookings to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part/yours whoever is responsible, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

Prior to Any Appointments, please contact the Customer Service Department to Cancel/Reschedule with our instructions & policies.

We will do our best to fulfill requests to provide on time Appointments. Cancellations accepted for service bookings, should be initiated with 24 hr from the Appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

The Rescheduling will be done only if there are some unusual circumstance or situation occurs, and informed with available communication channels Like Emails & SMS. and after Rescheduling the appointments, it we may be subject to Cancellation, if Doctor/Patients finds a suitable reson/choice.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of appointments within 1 hr of the booking process, the transaction amount will be refunded in Wallet/Account or any payment method suitable within working days of 5-7 days. If it takes longer time for refund on cancellation you may contact our Customer Care team or Payment Gateway Partners.
